Ending Domestic Violence…One Community At a Time

For the past 16 years, DVRP has been working in local Asian/Pacific Islander (A/PI) communities to raise awareness of the problems of domestic violence and to empower the survivors whose very choices, over time, have been silenced by their abusers.  We have worked to ensure that we never forget the courage of these strong individuals who stood up and said that they deserved a healthier relationship.

For 2011, the primary ethnicities served included: Japanese (15%), Indian (14%), Chinese (12.5%), Filipino (10%), Bangladeshi (7%), Korean (7%), Pakistani (7%) and Thai (7%). To read more of our Annual Report, click here.
